If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.
7. Digital Products
Digital products, including game keys, downloadable content (DLC), subscriptions and gift cards, are delivered electronically.
Once a digital code has been issued, viewed or redeemed, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded, except where required by law.
8. Physical Products
Delivery times are estimates only.
Risk passes to the customer once the goods have been delivered.
Ownership remains with EW Gaming until full payment has been received.
9. Returns & Refunds
Unused physical products may be returned within our published returns period provided they remain unopened and in their original condition.
Opened software, redeemed game codes, gift cards, downloadable content and digital products are non-refundable unless faulty or required by applicable consumer law.
10. Customer Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
EW Gaming is not responsible for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your account.
11. Promotions
Promotional offers are available for a limited time and may be withdrawn without notice.
Discounts cannot normally be combined unless specifically stated.
EW Gaming reserves the right to amend or cancel promotions where necessary.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, graphics, photographs, text, software and branding, remains the property of EW Gaming or its licensors.
