Promotional Terms & Conditions

 

 

These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to all promotional offers, discounts, vouchers, incentives, and limited-time campaigns offered by EW GAMING. By participating in any promotion, customers agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility

  • Promotions are available only while stocks last and during the advertised promotional period.

  • Promotions are open to customers who meet any eligibility requirements stated in the specific offer.

  • EW GAMING reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a promotion where fraud, abuse, or misuse is suspected.

2. Availability

  • All promotions are subject to product availability.

  • Promotional items may sell out without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right to substitute, amend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without liability.

3. Discount Codes

  • Promotional codes must be entered at checkout before payment is completed.

  • Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively once an order has been placed.

  • Unless otherwise stated, only one promotional code may be used per order.

  • Promotional codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.

4. Sale Items

  • Unless specifically stated, promotions cannot be combined with existing sale prices, clearance items, bundle offers, or any other discounts.

  • Certain products, brands, or categories may be excluded from promotional offers.

5. Free Gifts

  • Where a free gift is included with a qualifying purchase:

    • The gift is available only while stocks last.

    • No cash alternative will be offered.

    • The gift cannot be exchanged for another product.

    • If the qualifying order is returned, the free gift must also be returned. If it is not returned, its retail value may be deducted from any refund.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Refunds for promotional purchases will be based on the amount actually paid after any discount has been applied.

  • Where returning part of a multi-buy or bundle promotion causes the promotion conditions to no longer be met, any applicable discount may be deducted from the refund.

7. Misuse

EW GAMING reserves the right to:

  • Cancel any order where a promotion has been used incorrectly.

  • Cancel promotional codes obtained through unauthorised means.

  • Refuse future promotional participation where abuse is identified.

8. Pricing Errors

In the event of an obvious pricing or promotional error, EW GAMING reserves the right to cancel the affected order before dispatch and issue a full refund.

9. Non-Transferable

Promotions, discount codes, vouchers, and offers:

  • Cannot be sold.

  • Cannot be transferred.

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Have no monetary value outside the advertised promotion.

10. Changes to Promotions

EW GAMING reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time where reasonably necessary, including where required due to technical issues, fraud, legal obligations, or circumstances beyond our control.

11. General

  • Promotional offers do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

  • These Promotional Terms should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, Delivery Policy, Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy.

  • Any disputes relating to a promotion shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, with the courts of England and Wales having exclusive jurisdiction.
