Returns & Refunds Policy

At EW Gaming, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we've made returning eligible items quick, easy, and completely free.

28-Day Returns

We offer a 28-day return period from the date of purchase on eligible products.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 28 days of purchase.

  • Be in their original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, accessories and manuals.

  • Be unused where applicable.

Free Returns

Returns are completely free.

Once your return request has been approved, we'll email you a pre-paid returns barcode.

Simply:

  1. Package your item securely.

  2. Present the barcode at your chosen drop-off location.

  3. The barcode will be scanned and attached to your parcel.

  4. Your return will then be sent back to us at no cost to you.

There's no need to print a label—we'll take care of everything.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, digital game codes, downloadable content (DLC), gift cards, subscriptions and other digital products cannot be returned or refunded once they have been delivered, viewed or redeemed, unless the product is faulty or required by applicable consumer law.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact our Customer Support Team within 48 hours of delivery.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, repair or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your card provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:

  • Digital game codes

  • Downloadable content (DLC)

  • Gift cards

  • Digital subscriptions

  • Products that have been used, damaged or altered after delivery

  • Items returned without their original packaging where this affects resale

How to Start a Return

To request a return, simply contact our Customer Support Team with your order number. Once approved, we'll email your free returns barcode together with simple instructions for sending your item back.
